Your Gallbladder Might Be Gatekeeping Your Greatness

I've since learned that gluten is inflammatory for just about everyone—especially in the U.S., where hard wheat, glyphosate, and poor processing make it harder to digest than in Europe.

(FYI: When I travel to Europe, I can eat most gluten-containing foods without issue—especially if I use Wheat Rescue beforehand.)

Gut problem #1: solved.

๐Ÿšจ Gut Problem #2: Nicotine Pouches

Recently, I started experimenting with nicotine pouches. They give a nice cognitive buzz—especially during periods like Lent when I'm off booze—and they don't impact my sleep.

But what I didn't realize? Swallowing nicotine residue messes with your gut's pH.

Most people swallow it without thinking. I already have low stomach acid, and nicotine made it worse. You need acid to break down and absorb food.

One fix: I started spitting.
