We read every single response, comment, and suggestion (yes, even the ones that called us out 🫣), and they're shaping everything we do next.   Here's what you told us—and how we're acting on it: 1. 🤖 You're ready to enter your AI Era. Almost 1 in 3 of you said AI and automation would be the most valuable topic in a future course or workshop. Whether you're overwhelmed, intrigued, or already building ChatGPT prompts in your sleep—we're creating resources to meet you where you are.  👉 Help us shape it: Take our AI Vibe Check Survey here > 2. 📖 The top 3 content areas you want us to go deeper on: Leadership & Management (46%) Productivity & Time Management (35%) Personal Growth & Self-Improvement (31%) No surprise here, but what did stand out? Navigating office politics made a strong showing (29%)—so get ready for more real talk around difficult workplaces, bad bosses, and building your influence. 3. 📥 You didn't know you could do this. More than half of you didn't realize you can customize which emails you get from us. So, we're making it easier to set your preferences—right from the bottom of any Assist email. You'll start seeing this next week. 4. 🔧 You're running the show—and need tools to match. From performance reviews to hiring, onboarding, L&D, and culture, you're doing the kind of high-impact work that deserves better systems, templates, and time-saving tips. We're building way more content for the people actually behind the scenes making it all run. (Hint: you.) 5. 🧳 You love to learn—but also love to live. Outside of work, you're all about travel (33%), books (61%), and time with your people (70%). We'll keep folding those insights into what we recommend—whether it's a better carry-on or a book that'll change your mindset. Next up? We're rolling out all of this over the next few months—plus experimenting with new formats, deeper dives, and better ways to support your growth (personally and professionally).
